October 6, 2006–Rachael Clausen, the Director of Information Technology for EMQ Children & Family Services, has been named by the Silicon Valley Business Journal as one of "40 Under 40 to Watch." This honor recognizes young leaders in Silicon Valley.

Ms. Clausen was one of just two employees from the nonprofit sector selected by the Business Journal, which noted that, Thanks to her vision, (EMQ is) uniquely poised, far ahead of many health care organizations, to comply with the anticipated shift to a national electronic health record.
