The holidays are supposed to be filled with joy and happiness. But for children in crisis, it's often a time filled with fear, worry and not very much to be grateful for. So at EMQ Children and Family Services, we're doing all we can for these kids. But we need your help.
Many of our programs depend on private donations - programs like Family Finding for foster children - who believe they have no safe, loving family; or our Addiction Prevention Services program, our Mobile Crisis Unit, art and music therapies - and so many more. All of these innovative programs help children in crisis recover - and rebuild their lives. And your cash donation will help keep theses vital programs going.
In 2006, our Holiday Giving donors provided food and gifts for 176 families, plus gifts for an additional 1,379 children. All together, we brightened the holidays for about 2,083 people.
