The Child and Adolescent Mobile Crisis Program (CACP) is a 24-hour mobile crisis
intervention service available to all Santa Clara County children and adolescents
under age 18 who are in acute psychological crisis.
The CACP mobile team responds to youth and their families during periods of serious
emotional trauma. The crisis team provides direct intervention services and links children
and families with other community agencies for long term care and assistance. The goal of
CACP is to stabilize the condition of both the child and the affected family members.
