- EMQ’s Family Partnership Institute offers training,
consultations, and technical assistance throughout the country
to a wide variety of professionals who work with youth struggling
with serious emotional difficulties. FPI helps implement
family-centered, strength-based programs and strategies.

Social Services, to offer free training for Santa Clara County
Foster Parents and employees of child and family mental health
